Who this class is for: Intermediate womxn & non-binary POC swimmers who have taken Coming Home to Water Part One: Breath & Body  (or 8+ OSS swim lessons), *and* for whom breathing, gliding, and floating is fully comfortable.

Already took part one and ready to learn more advanced technique? This is the course for you! We will continue to weave with water by skill-building in the arenas of movement, more advanced breath technique, and underwater exploration.  Centering joy and play, we will gain the experience necessary to enjoy the water with your friends and family, as well as the foundations of stroke development. Through mindfulness, meditation, and self inquiry activities, we center healing and deepening your relationship with water. This class is geared towards adults of color with fear of water, but also welcomes those who already love being in water, and want to develop their skills in a safer space.
