Who this immersion is for: This space centers Black women and BIPOC of all genders. 

This 3-hour water workshop provides a safer place for BIPOC to deepen our relationship with water.  Come allow the healing nature of water the and magic of *live music* and community to soothe and enliven your spriit! 

The extended time supports you to relax into the moment as musician and artist Jennifer Moore creates a beautiful atmosphere with their sound meditation.  Jennifer weaves her voice with singing bowls to creating an enchanting one of a kind experience. The day will be filled with music, rest, swim skill-building, self-love exercises, mindfulness practices, community building, and play! An invitation to lean into joy, relaxation, and connection.  We will be providing some refreshements, but please eat a big meal beforehand! 

Schedule:

4:30pm-5:45pm Community Connection & Snacks (multi-purpose room)

6:00 -7:30pm Water Connection & Aquatic Sound Bath (leisure  pool)

A 3.5 ft-deep 87 degree pool and generously heated deck allow for a comfortably warm experience no matter the outside weather.

*COVD-19 Precautions: We no longer have vaccination requirements, but please stay home and take care of yourself if you have any flu like symptoms or have been exposed to someone with COVID. 

*Accessibility: ADA accessible parking and locker rooms, five steps with a hand rail to enter pool.*

*Live Sound Meditation by artist Jennifer Moore.  Jennifer Moore is a multi-disciplinary artist born and raised in the Northwest, with a focus in poetry, music, sonic meditation and all things sound. She draws inspiration from daily life, bringing those experiences of heaven and hell together into balance through sound. She creates as a practice of love and freedom and invites others to join her under the banner of EmitOneLight Productions. When she is not composing, she is on the 1s and 2s as DJ Freequeensee, a form of alchemy near and dear to her*
