Open Water Swim Workshop for People of Color
In collaboration with Wild Diversity, this is an invitation to know water more intimately, and to gain the confidence, knowledge and skills, to spend more time in our precious lakes, rivers, and oceans. We will focus on open water comfort and safety considerations that are different from swimming in a pool. We will also do some swim skill building geared towards beginner or intermediate swimmers. Mindfulness, meditation, and self inquiry will be integrated into the experience. There is nothing quite like swimming in a natural body of water under the wide open sky - come join!
Please note this is a space for those who identify as POC. Contact email@example.com if you have questions or want to find a different way to be involved!
