Who is this class for: Advanced Beginner and intermediate swim students

Maximum number of Students: 5

Pool Description: Full size pool with deep end, 92 degrees, Rainier Valley

This is a 8 week journey towards empowered, liberated, and skilled swimming for womxn and nonbinary people of color.  We will build skills around breathing, understanding your body in relationship with water, body alignment, and stroke development.  Through mindfulness, meditation, and self inquiry activities, your wholistic development is centered. This class is best suited for students that already feel comfortable with floating and submerging their head in water. 

By the end of this course, you will feel confident in the skills you have gained as a swimmer and the evolution of your relationship to water.

Who is this class for: Complete Beginner to intermediate swim students

Pool Description: Indoor Full size pool 4ft all the way across, 92 degrees, Renton

This is a 8 week journey towards empowered, liberated, and skilled swimming for womxn and nonbinary people of color.  We will build skills around breathing, understanding your body in relationship with water, body alignment, and stroke development.  Through mindfulness, meditation, and self inquiry activities, your wholistic development is centered. No previous swim skills necessary. 

By the end of this course, you will feel confident in the skills you have gained as a swimmer and the evolution of your relationship to water.
